BM took her to the doctor today. She left a voicemail on DH's phone late last night saying she was taking her. No appointment time or doctor name. The skids don't have an established pediatrician in TX .. only a pulmonologist and allergist. Doubtful she took her to either of those specialists.

She just sent a text to DH saying SD5 has ringworm.

So now BM is once again taking skids to the doctor and failing to give any of the info to DH beforehand. I know this particular case isn't a big deal .. but there have been bigger deals in the recent past. DH's attorney is actually filing a motion to show cause for violation for failure to provide medical appointment info and making non-emergency medical decisions on her own (related to asthma-treatment plans).

I guess until we actually go to court over it, she won't realize this very basic communication is required .. not optional.
