All you are doing is communicating like parents are supposed to do. You were not rude, did not threaten, did not give ultimatuims, etc. I wouldn't loose any sleep over it. BM just wants to get your goat so to speak. If, by some strange chance, she makes it to court, the judge will see right through her and probably tell her to get a life.

harassment is "They're not jumping to do my every whim! They're making me do something on my own! They're harassing me!"

You're stating the facts. On paper. Hell, you're being nice; instead of just saying "no, I'm not your secretary", you even told her where to get the documents she was careless enough to lose.

Stick to your guns. The judge will laugh her out of the courtroom.

I say let her file harrassment charges. In fact, ignore the sh#t out of her and then I guess she will file stalking charges next. Some people are idiots and somethings do not warrant any time and/or attention. BM was like this and the more we ignored her the more frustrated she became. It makes her look like an ass when she goes to file and has to provide documentation and it does not read what she is alleging.

BM said she was going to fine harrassment charges on BF cause we did a background check on her new man. Everything we did was public information and we did nothing illegal so she can complain all she wants. You just have to know where to find the info and how to search.
