Update.
BM did NOT show up for court this afternoon.
After reading the motion and hearing from our lawyer, the judge decided to reschedule for the 24th to give BM time to show since she "couldn't get off of work". The judge also said that if BM fails to show again, DH will "more than likely" be granted his motion to have his visitation restored to what it was pre-RO.
Oh, and our lawyer told us that when BM called him on Friday afternoon, she would NOT shut up about how DH never took his visitation, etc. (which is not true). Never did BM mention that she was "scared for the safety of the children" or whatever. @@

Did her attorney show up? I hope she doesn't show up on the 24th, it would be awesome to have the Judge take action and grant your visitation back. I love it when these NPD BM's think they have control over authority. They need a certified bitch slap
