LazyBoye14 has a book report due tomorrow. It was assigned in early January. He's had 2 snow days this week. We are teachers and our house is FULL of books. Seriously, a fire ever starts, this place is up in flames so fast, there is no saving it! LOL

LazyBoye, of course, did not read. He's now trying to get Loghead to talk about his favorite book. Loghead tells him he'd love to talk to him about the book when he gets back from taking PITA15 to basketabll.

While Loghead is gone, LazyBoye starts asking me questions about the book. I give him the wrong answers on purpose. As a teacher and a mom, I'm not putting up with this crap... And I am willing to sacrifice his grade if it teaches him a lesson...

Loghead comes back and starts talking to him about the book. I get Loghead away from LazyBoye for a few moments, and tell him LazyBoye doesn't care about the book- he's wanting to use the info for a book report. I tell Loghead if he is seriously going to help; he needs to double check info since I told LazyBoye wrong facts. Loghead expresses his disgust at my response and leaves the room in a huff...

Five minutes later I hear Loghead ask LazyBoye where this new interest comes from. LazyBoye admits he needs the info for a report. LazyBoye promises to read the book this weekend if Loghead will just help him get it done now. Loghead tells him OF COURSE he would be HAPPY to help, and yes, child WILL read the book. Then Loghead starts giving him the wrong answers to questions about theme and symbolism...

I can't wait to see his teacher and talk to her after she reads this report! ROTFLMAO

The extra funny part is the teacher is the same teacher Loghead had in high school, so she won't be too surprised LazyBoye didn't do the work on his own...

PS- Loghead has only been home 20 minutes. PITA just called. Practice was cancelled and he's been standing infront of the school in the cold. He walked across campus to the gas station- about a mile to call Loghead to get him. Loghead told him he'd just have to wait there until he'd had his dinner and finished what he needed to do; that if PITA couldn't be responsible enough to know his own schedule, he could just deal with the consequences. When PITA complains, Loghead says, "Why should I jump when you say JUMP if you can't be bothered to be responsible or help me and Tired when we need it?"

Way to get a backbone, honey. I'm actually feeling a little turned on by this! LOL

(Don't worry, he still has 2 hours to destroy that feeling before bedtime... Princess isn't home from work yet, so I'm sure she'll have drama... LOL SMILE)

And so I don't get my head bit off like I did the last time I made a small reference to our sex life, I don't hold out, but I don't feel sexy or sexual if he's acting like an a$$hole. I have a health condition that REALLY puts a damper on my sex drive, and the stupidest things make me lose whatever little interest I might have had...
