Has Anyone Seen Those Abilify Commercials?

It has cartoon characters (most likely drawn by Phil Roman of The Simpson, King of the Hill, the Critic) that show a woman who has depression, symbolized by this blob that follows here around and drags her into a sinkhole.

After taking the miracle drug "Abilify" she is able to spread a picnic blanket, DH and older child in tow and carry on with life.

I thought it would be funny to make a parody of this as a SM! The Blob of depression could morph into a guilty daddy with a SD clinging onto his ass cheeks as they all do. And a SS screaming and acting like a wild boar. Both hurling insults at her like "you're not my mom" "my mom hates you" " i wish my real mom and dad were back together again"

And she calmly spreads a picnic blanket while SS sets it on fire yet she doesn't panic. SD squats and drops a deuce on the picnic blanket and biodad admires her efforts and applauds. Meanwhile biodad rewards both SS and SD by giving them large bills out of his wallet, then goes into SM's purse and removes all of her money, neatly tucking it into his billfold.

This would be more akin to reality.

Maybe thats what these pharmaceutical companies need to work on. Coming up with a med specifically for stepmothers. As long as you take your daily dosage you will no longer care about guilty daddy, crazy bm, or underacheiving demon skids. We'd have to come up with some sort of stepmother disorder first though. Any ideas?

I have a feeling that I'll need a prescription for Xanax very soon with the hellions coming back.

Abilify is a horrible mood stabalizing drug. My husband is bipolar( diagnosed by a DR and is highly functioning & now correctly medicated) & was on this drug for several months. It costs almost a 1000.00 a month before insurance & has horrible side affects. He has been off the drug for over 3 years & still has uncontrollable shaking at times. I wish they would show that in their commercials.
