Bugs, Bugs, go away so my SDs can play!
Does any one out there have anything that may help with my SD5? She is scared to death of bugs. SD6 is too, but not like SD5. Just a brief on the bug issue. When SD5 was 2 she was visiting her BM and was not watched closely, got into an ant bed and when we arrived to pick them up from their weekend stay her foot and leg were so swollen that she could not bend her knee nor wear a shoe. We took her to the doctor bc we were worried bc they were fire ants and they were all festered. They tried to count the un-popped bites and it was over 100. CPS got involved but that's a different story.

Awkward situation -skids graduation
So I just found out moments ago that Skids graduation has assigned seating ! Really freaking out about this bc I can only imagine how incredibaly awkward this is going to be. Plus, of course after the graduation skid is coming over to our row for photos. Ugh. If I can get thru this then I prob don't need to worry about a situation this awful until skid gets married. And hopefully that won't be for a LONG time. I just wonder WHY the he'll you would have assigned seating when the majority of kids have divorced patents.

how long does it take to eat a sandwich?
Quick question just want to see if I am out of line. How long should it take an almost 8yr old to eat a turkey sandwich? I think an hour is to long and think he is just trying to annoy me. Am I being crazy here?
Help!!!
I have been married just over a month. My husband and I have argued for three days about an issue that I thought was resolved before we got married. Last summer, his exwife took their two children to his neighborhood pool. She has to get the key from my husband to take the kids to the pool. I feel that it is extremely inappropriate for her to even ask to take the kids to his pool. He supposedly spoke with her about this last summer. So, this year she bought a membership to another neighborhood pool in the subdivision across the street.

Wierd situation; any suggestions?
5 years ago my 9 year old son & I met a wonderful man and his 7 yr old daughter & 10 year old son and soon married, with the children in the ceremony. His X had abandoned the family and he had primary custody. We all got along great until the X decided to come back into their lives and create havoc. A simple visitation/child support case we brought on due to her not letting the kids attend thier activities was quickly turned into a custody battle by her along with lies against us to her kids.

Karma is coming back to BM and she has no clue...
I haven't blogged in awhile because busy with my son and stepson and work. But, last week everything we were waiting for came to fruition. As you know, SD15 no longer lives with us because we had rules and structure and mom didn't. So we went to court and on and on it goes...BM has created a mess and we are living it daily...
Still wetting the bed!!
My SD9 still wets the bed, I think it is bc she is lazy. So we buy night panties bc I don't want to have bedding that I have to wash every freaking day. It is her responsibility to let me know when she only has 2 night panties left, I don't wear them she does. It is also her responsibility to get up in the morning and put them in the trash, I don't pee in them and she can do it herself, she is nine for crying out loud! Our doctor say it would not be a good idea to put her on medication even tho I think we should. She, the doctor, keeps telling us she will out grow it. When? When she is 20?

Anxious and feeling resentful
I am 33 yr old bm of 1 boy, just turned 5, my dh and I have been married 3 yrs in september. He has a daughter, 12, whom lives with us.
My blogs before were to try and get an idea on how to deal with the sd attitude, not doing what she is asked, always wanting something etc. She has been at her bm's for 3 weeks and I dont miss her at all. I know if it was my son I would be missing him terribly.

Birthday Wishes - do adult skids ever acknowledge
I have yet in the past ten years, and skids are older, ever have gotten a birthday greeting. I would think as they get older they would get it. Maybe this year I will not acknowledge theirs - so that means no gifts or money.
So selfish.
OMG!!! Please tell me this gets easier!!
ok, I hope that people on here are really as understanding as i seen last night when i found this site! (thank you god for giving me a way to vent without being judged)
