So summer has finally made an entrance here in Upstate NY and it sucks because it's not summer time anymore it's cool air, pumpkin spice candle, warm cider donut with a scarf weather and here I am just about down to my undies because it is so wretchedly hot.

So far today-I've received a call from my CPA telling me she has no idea what is going on with SO's tax return (we got 3 separate bills totaling over 5k). The IRS/NYS is not being cooperative at all-telling us the proof they requested we send isn't proof enough. For example they wanted proof we have primary custody of SS-so we sent court order-apparently not proof enough. They wanted proof that SO paid taxes to VT the year he worked there so we sent him that year's tax returns showing what he paid vs. what he owed-apparently that's not proof enough and we must get a letter from VT attesting to what the returns are saying ????? OH and we need BM to sign a form stating SO has the right to claim SS-yeah okay. we're gonna end up having to find a way to petition the court to get her to do it.

I have one client seriously hospitalized, another with a bug nuisance problem and I have the attention span of a goldfish today.

SS is home sick with the phantom cold that BD had during my 2nd sister's wedding that there is apparently no cause for according to all the doctors I took her to AND to top it all off Uncle Jackass cleared the brush behind my house so if you look out any of the Northern Windows you can see his septic trucks and port-I-potties.

I literally waived at him from the porcelain throne today-and he waived back. So to top it all off I have invest in new window coverings if I want any privacy in my house at all.
