DD15 arrives in Denver tonight! WOOOOOO!

Sorry I have been pretty much MIA lately. Been busy getting ready for the girl to arrive tonight. Not much is really new. No word from stepdevil14 or BFC about the Mexico thing, FIL is still just being a dumbass and supposedly "L" has moved in and the wedding is back on (but no date set).

I'm just excited to get this work day over, work out, have dinner and then go pick my girl up from the airport. She'll be here around 9:30pm so I can already sense a long night ahead and I haven't slept well for the past few days so I'll be really tired tomorrow.

Anyhow, gonna try and get caught up here. Just wanted to share the good news!

Thanks guys. I already have 3 concerts lined up for her and am trying to score an extra ticket to Kid Rock on Aug 3rd.

A friend's BBQ Saturday, Warped Tour this Sunday...all of my weekends are going to be jam packed while she's here!

Thanks Tuff - she'll be here for 8 weeks so we have plenty of time. The fires are all South of us, and so far, every storm has missed us!

Shaman, she's excited for all the concerts I've gotten us tickets to. Her dad doesn't do things with her so when she comes here, it's all fun stuff. Yes, I'm the "fun" parent. LOL

An hour and 15 mins left of work, then a bunch of stuff to get done before heading to the airport. And yes, as FormerAA mentioned, DIA is out in the middle of NOWHERE so it's a trek.

Got in last night at 10pm. Didn't get her bag and home from the airport till closer to 11:15, was up till almost 1AM chatting. I'm TIRED today but I feel so complete now that she's here!

YAY! She's already asking me to take her out for a drive tonight after work! Well, since I skipped my workout last night to go to the store and get her all of her favorite foods, I HAVE to work out tonight. Then there's dinner to make and lunch to prepare for tomorrow and have to get the chinchillas out for their playtime/clean their cage...I told her not tonight!
