How's everyone?

No new Stepdevil15 news to share other than the fact that she claims she's making A's and B's in school (she told FIL this recently), but her A's and B's are in Choir and Spanish. She's failing every other class, with a D in Study Hall. How does one get a D in study hall? How do they even GRADE study hall?

Sorry I've been gone so long. I've been just working my ass off at the new job and dealing with life in general.

So last night might've been the happiest night I've had since DH and I got married! He decided a yr and a half was enough of stepdevil ignoring him, so he emailed BFC and told her he'd pick stepdevil up for his Tuesday night 5-7pm visitation (there's more than that but he wanted to start slowly).

New job is going AWESOME, but I'm so busy I can barely breathe! Far cry from being bored for 7+ hours per day at the last job. I've already impressed my bosses, my old coworkers have welcomed me back and I'm doing well here.

DD15 and I have been doing tons of things this summer so far and I can't believe she's only with us for another month before heading back to Michigan. We've gone to 4 concerts so far and have 2 more to go (maybe more if she finds more to attend and I have the money).

Sorry I have been pretty much MIA lately. Been busy getting ready for the girl to arrive tonight. Not much is really new. No word from stepdevil14 or BFC about the Mexico thing, FIL is still just being a dumbass and supposedly "L" has moved in and the wedding is back on (but no date set).

I'm just excited to get this work day over, work out, have dinner and then go pick my girl up from the airport. She'll be here around 9:30pm so I can already sense a long night ahead and I haven't slept well for the past few days so I'll be really tired tomorrow.
