At the end of July is the case conference. The first step to Ending CS for SD who is 20 and, yes, STILL in Highschool. The year she turned 18 she didnt attend highschool at all, took the whole year off (her BDAY is in december) took one class per semester in 2017 and started working...SO is estatic. I am relieved as I am "hopefully" out of their previous court order, where I had to provide my Tax Returns- LOL Were not even married(so pissed at SO for this) and BM recently requested my Tax Returns- we have seperated on paper because of her invasiveness and obsession with my life.

SO on the advice of his lawyer requested the following documentation:
-SD Driver License
-SD Bank Records
-SD Tax Returns
-SD Employment Record- he wants to see the number of days she missed work as she certainly missed school
-Request to speak to her DR, a psychiatrist

So far BM has provided the drivers license lol, thats it. Apparently SD hasnt filed her taxes, seems rather odd, since BM is right there with taxes and other financial things, she has no problem going on welfare making $40,000/year- she is pathetic. She said that the other stuff is out of her control and her lawyer wrote to SOs lawyer, that if he continues requesting this, this is a form of harassment and he's asking for costs. LOL ohhh how the tables have turned.

When 3 years ago, BM requested my tax returns, how much money i received in CS from my ex, my university transcripts LOL(i was pregnant at the time)...I had to get a letter from my doctor stating i was a high risk pregnancy etc...she was a f'ing B to me during that time, we werent even common law either-like an idiot i complied but wiped out my social information and such. Her recent request for my tax returns, even though were seperated on paper, were denied as i refuse to hand it over and i wont, ill go to jail before i give her anything ever again.

The point to all this, she now has her feet to the fire.

SD provided SO with her psychiatrists letter that states, "her condition is waxing and waning", which has prevented her from attending school. She allegedly has Social Anxiety Disorder, did i mention BMs Dad is a Psychiatrist-
Interesting, SD works with the public as a cashier, seems someone that anxious wouldnt be able to go to work, or function on a daily basis...she took her social media account down after BM was served. SO saw pictures of her drinking and we know she parties, hence the bank statements, SOs lawyer, says it is absolutely relevant to the case. We will see how this goes...I know CS will end and we dont have a choice SO has to pay, but this is nothing than a deliberate attempt to extend CS to its maximum capacity.

I said some horrible tihings, step life will make you do it, and being a bit of a B will make you too...i told SO "I wish you went to a hooker" and "how did you even get into this mess"...the whole situation is draining, exhausting and it takes part of my life away-with these toxic entities... as ive said before, whenever i get anxious, they seem to call, its a weird psychic thing...SS is out on the streets, will update later.

it when they say unmarried partners of the paYOR "need" to reveal THEIR income when the BM can be married to Bill Friggin Gates and that is of "no concern to the courts" because BM is the paYEE.  And yes it is considered into CS calculations in as much as SM's income props up living expenses for NCP bioDAD (which in the courts twisted system "frees up" more of bioDAD's income to pay, PAY, PAY CS to CP BM.)

I hope your SD emancipates!!!  We will also be going back to court to prove SD stb 20, has not re-enrolled in community college this fall.  She's living at the mothership but is more than capable of working full time.

seems, it always works in BMs favour...this time, threw the advice i received during that horrible time, other step parents did the same, i seperated on paper..., not sure if its something you can do, but me and SO do share a daughter together...i normally wouldnt advise this but to keep away a nosey BM, it is a must! But yes, it typically works one way only, the poor victim of receiving the money...its definitely sad, here in ontario CS could go onto the age of 24 or even beyond, shes 20 not even done highschool, its definitely scary times.

can go to 24 so there's an incentive for BM to NOT have kids do well in school.   Win, win for a GUBM.  They can abdicate parenting,  then claim the child's a "special ed" student all the while extending cash prizes (CS) what's not to love if you're a HCBM?  pathetic!

Your blog totally has my mind spinning like crazy!!

In my state, my spouse and my exes spouses income doesn't have any bearing on the child support I receive. As a newly wed though I am wondering if it is an issue in BM state. Also, if you are allowed to claim a spouses income do you get to claim their kids as dependents?

In your case, I don't blame you for the "seperation" -- Shoot I would throw in child support for good measure!
