So tired....
Yeah I think that I am done caring about whether my DH gets screwed over by BM or what his skids are doing or are getting away with. I am thinking that maybe when he finds a job that I should just leave then I wouldn't have to worry whether or not he is going to pay the bills that are in his name or if he is going to fill out the modification papers for CS and send them to the OAG. If he goes to jail for back CS why should I care since all I do is complain and be mean to him? I told him that I am done caring about his wife AKA BM, his kids or anything in his name. I have no idea what he is even thinking and I want to leave. It's like clock work every Thursday night. I get this anxiety and I know that hell is coming for the next 30 days.

It is not your fault that he can't fill out modification forms but if he's only been out of work recently, I've read that the court can still expect him to keep up the regular payment amount and find an equivalent job.
And about the glasses- what does the court order him to pay for glasses since BM and her husband provide the insurance? I do not blame you for not being excited about this 30 day stretch with skids.

Yes he will still have to pay the regular amount of CS but he said that he wanted to fill out the modication paperwork and send it in to see if he could get it lowered while he is unemployed. He is getting unemployment and the amount in CS does not change. The CO states that each party is responsible for 50% to additional medical expenses. However, BM and DH had an agreement from which BM told him that he had to get SS new glasses and DH complied and said that he would get them. DH asked BM for the insurance information and a copy of the glasses prescription and she refused to give it to him. So he called and got the prescription then BM texts him and tells that she went ahead and got the glasses and that he needs to pay her for them. Breaking the agreement that she agreeed to.
So since BM didn't let him
So since BM didn't let him hold up his end of the agreement, he can pay 50% of the glasses and nothing more. Yes, she'll call him a POS but so is she. Is she to provide receipts or is he supposed to just believe that she spent that much money?
