Filed another police report agains bm

This time SHEs the one who couldn't help herself. It was time for her court ordered call with SS. She never actually calls but will text dh instead.

Tonight, she sent about 5 texts:

Where's ss?
Where's ss?
What's the matter yo at Boy Scouts?
Where's our son?
Have as call me.

I just submitted another online police report for her breaking the restraining order noting dh would like to press charges. We just got notified that the one we submitted mon night was approved.

Last May was the last time we reported her and it kept her quiet for a good long time. I guess this child support thing is just really bothering her and the thought of her having to support her own son just pisses her off to no end.

I guess we'll just keep filing police reports each time she breaks the order from now on. I'm not really expecting the police to do anything but at least we'll have a paper trail when we actually take her to court to modify visitation and get her for contempt.

Hmmm? Who knows.

She should never be texting. She is granted one phone call. Not 4 text messages. The order is very specific and does not allow her to contact via electronic format, mail or a third party. The restraining order was a result of her continued harassing text messages and vandalism.

It's also just a continuation of her being pissed from her previous call.

She only calls (texts actually) dh's phone. SS will call her back from the house phone.

She enjoys bothering dh.

The restraining order and subsequent court orders stat that BM may call DH to speak with SS during a specific hour. But rather than call, she texts dh. It is the only time bm is allowed to dial dh's phone number however she breaks the order and texts.

Tonight she is still pissed about her last call so she texted him 5 times in a row. It is just a continuance of the last contact.

SS has tried to call bm during the designated hour but she never picks up. So we've just directed SS to wait for her to initiate contact so he doesn't sit there for 15 minutes calling and leaving her messages ... Which he will do.

Actually. No. She doesn't even call. She just texts away... Breaking the order. We've been letting it slide as it is typically just one text and she's been on good behavior since last May when we filed the last police report. However, now she is angry that she will be paying child support and she's probably fighting with her gf and/or doesn't have a side piece taking up her time, so she can't control herself and spends her time bothering dh.
