Interesting...

So DH got a text from BM today that she's taking him to court because she's tired of paying for SD's after school care and he's a load of crap for not helping her pay for it, blah, blah, blah...

(which is actually against the restraining order against her for attacking him now that I think about it...)

She said that she's going after MY money also...

DH didn't respond, but let me know about her tirade...

She's in for a very rude awakening...

1...Our state doesn't include MY $$ at all...She's been told that once...They don't include my $$ unless I'm making a lot more than DH...I don't even make as much as DH so...there you go...We recently bought a new house and got a FABULOUS deal on a foreclosure in a great neighborhood, but our mortgage now is only $200 more a month than what we had...and it's 3Xs the size...So I think she thinks we're rolling in the dough just off of appearances...No...We're not...Not even close...

2...SD's after school care cost is factored into DH's support...She gets a credit against her income for the cost of the care, and so DH has to pay more...So that's taken care of...

DH went to the after school care and found that she's 3 months behind...and they're about to boot her out...

Oh well...

I would probably almost, kinda, sorta feel something for her being a broke ass if she wasn't screaming to everyone and has everyone believing that DH is a dead beat...and has SD believing that DH doesn't pay support...

I'd probably almost cry 1/100th of a tear if she didn't tell people STILL that DH doesn't get SD regularly and that she has to FORCE him to spend time with her...

I'd probably almost give a crap if she would stop acting like she's supermom and that she's the only person in the world that cares for SD financially...

So at the end of the day...Stop whining...get a real job...and pay your damn bills like every body else...
