Hiatus Over...

I haven't been on here in ages...I thought to come on here to vent a JILLION times, but time always escaped me.

Last time I was here there was major drama in my life...BM lied and said DH hit her, so he got arrested...He went to jail for a few hours...She was trying to get back at him for her going to jail for actually attacking DH in front of police officers...

SO EFFING PISSED!

So BM switched DH's visitation days without his consent, and kept SD from seeing him for 2 of his visitation times. He is taking her to court for it. She did the EXACT same thing last year. The judge got on her about it, but told DH that it looked like he wasn't serious about seeing SD, because DH refused to randomly switch...So THIS time DH made the effort to just get SD the days SHE switched to AND the days that were rightfully his...(That was one of the judges issues with DH. That he didn't TRY).

The all seeing eye of DH...

I guess one way to ensure BM does what she's supposed to do is to let her know DH is WATCHING *cue spooky music*...

So I blogged a while ago about how BM wasn't feeding SD before taking her to school then forbidding her to go to the cafeteria for breakfast to prevent her from being late...

I came up with a solution (that DH and I can affect), and DH implemented it via the teacher...DH took some cereal bars and capri suns to the teacher to give to SD on the days she doesn't eat...

She's in for a rude awakening...

Interesting...

So DH got a text from BM today that she's taking him to court because she's tired of paying for SD's after school care and he's a load of crap for not helping her pay for it, blah, blah, blah...

(which is actually against the restraining order against her for attacking him now that I think about it...)

She said that she's going after MY money also...

DH didn't respond, but let me know about her tirade...

She's in for a very rude awakening...

So I worked from home yesterday because DS was sick...There's some virus running around his day care that he caught...

Trying to work with a 2 year old around is like herding cats...seriously...So by the time DH came home from work at 4:45, he was wondering if I cooked...

Umm...No...So he took us out to dinner...great...

When we got home, I logged back into work so I could finish up...DH literally stepped out of his clothes and got in the bed and turned on sports center...

Here we go again!!!

My DH has soooo been trying to be the nice guy...

He's taking BM to court for changing his visitation...AGAIN...

It's so crazy...

This time LAST YEAR they went to court for the SAME DANG THING!!! She STILL DOESN'T GET IT!!!

So...For some reason this loopy broad has a hard time understanding that DH gets SD EVERY OTHER WEEKEND AND EVERY OTHER THURSDAY...

So whenever there's a holiday or something that might conflict with the aforementioned, she starts the clock back over...

Nobody likes her...Oh well...

So my two cousins are still here with me. Last night I took them and one of my girl friend's daughters to skate night.

DH called MIL to see if she wanted to spend some time with SD (which she rarely does), and her response was don't we have friends for SD to spend time with?

It wasn't that we were trying to go out or get rid of SD, we were going to be home...and DS was home with us...DH just thought she needed a change of scenery, and I suggested MIL since she's supposed to be GMOTY...We didn't care either way at the end of the day...

I spoke too damn soon!

Ugh!

SD has been such a freaking pain...My sister and aunt (both children and family therapists) have gone into professional mode just to keep everything somewhat drama free today...

She keeps bossing and fighting with my cousins who are avoiding her like the plague...My aunt has been trying to get them to play with her or something, but they're through with her...It was a stretch as it was as they're so much older than she is...They'll let her hang with them, then 5 minutes later, she's yelling and bossing them, and they're walking away...
