Satan (BM) claimed her evil spawn (SS) on Federal taxes

I've been out-of-pocket for a bit...just haven't had the energy and stayed hyper-focused on work.

Went to file taxes the other day and learned, when my return was rejected, that Satan claimed her ES as a dependent so she could get the tax credits.

She has not worked all year...note she never works and never has, so she allowed her latest shack up to claim both her and ES as dependents. She has not paid her child support for 9 months - state law states if you are not up-to-date on CS you can't claim the depended. Before anyone gets their panties in a bunch, Satan only has to pay $49 a month (state minimum) and she has seen him less than 75 days this year (which is mostly time he spends with his grandparents) and is contempt on such a long list of things. Also she hasn't paid any of her portion of medical or extra-cirriculars. Zero input to his raising.

If we don't claim ES then we owe - not a signifigant amount, but we owe none the less. Claiming ES gains us a return of a few K.

DH almost got sh!tty at the tax prep office because he "just don't want to have to deal with the stress."

If you have read my previous blogs, you will know I am the breadwinner and pay all the bills. No way in hell am I giving Satan money when the crack-wh0re can't earn her own keep and does nothing to support her ES.

I filed a paper return listed all the evidence against Satan and she is offically reported to CSE for failure to pay support. I don't care about or need the $49 a month, but if she can't pay that small amount there is no way I am giving her the benifit of claiming him as a dependent. Also, it is so satifying, during the occasional times she has paid, how much she hates having to be accountable. You would think she was handing DH a check for 10K based on the look on her face when she has handed over a check. $49 a month - yeah, laugh with me, she said one time, "Don't you think I hate having to lay on my back to pay my bills." Can anyone say prostituting to pay your child support.

Wish me luck...this is my money, not DH's and definetly not Satan's. I hope the IRS and CSE nail her ass to the wall.

Yes, DH is entitled to it, but she has already spent it. She is a past convicted felon so I hope they get her tax fraud on top of everything else. Fingers crossed.

Gosh! $49 per month is less than my electric bill, or internet bill, or Hulu subscription for that matter! At that rate, BM better be living in a box on the side of the road if she can't "afford" to pay it.

Toxic Troll

one year, when Feral Forger SD22 and I were friendly-iish, and I did her tax return (for free!) and found out someone else claimed her (quel supris her mother) and she went back to Toxic Troll who handed over the tax return money FF should have gotten, that was so darn satisfying.

Then, when TT had not worked, and it was our Taxes being returned, when we claimed kiddo, she put her hand out for half that money. And husband gave it to her "to keep things nice", and the advance tax credit same thing. Guess whos not getting money back? Yup. husband didnt want to listen so now he gets to pay me...

She must not be very good at her job if she can't make $49 in a month laying on her back. I know Meth Mouth could clear at least a hundred in a week...I guess it just depends "what you are willing to do", I think it's butt stuff, but from what I was told Meth Mouth is a mouth girl, I guess all those missing teeth works for something.
