OT - Tone-up Tuesday

Aniki-Moderator's picture

More like Tubby Tuesday for me. For some reason, I feel like I'm jiggling all over the place today. Maybe I should have worn a corset under my t-shirt...

Yesterday evening, I drove past a gal out jogging. If she was wearing a sports bra, the elastic had given up or it was terribly made. Her tatas looked like a pair of frisky puppies trying to fight their way out from under a blanket. I clutched my tatas in horror. Crikey! Don't they know that's really BAD for their bewbies?!?!?!

What do you wear to keep to yours from bouncing up and blacking both your eyes?

I prefer one of those spandex bras that have 15-20 hook-n-eyes up the front (looks like "corset-meets-half-tank-top). AND I wear spandex tank top over that. My tatas aren't going anywhere!!

I wear under wire padded bra's. The men in our offices like the aircon on high. If hell froze over and I jogged or gym'd, I would wear my current bra and one of those vest tops with a hidden elsaticated bra type thing in them.

I however have c-cups which are still relatively perky.

I have D cups, Mon. They pass the pencil test and are still perky enough to balance a long-stemmed rose on the tips... }:)

My sports bras are about a half size too small, so they just smash everything against my rib cage. My tatas aren't going anywhere, nor are they flattering anyone. I have massive uniboob in a sports bra.

I prefer mine smashed down, too. It HURTS when they bounce!

If you're there to work out, what does it matter? If you're there to flirt and find a date, you'll have full-on makeup, coifed hair, and a snazzy workout outfit that makes you look like you're ready to do a commercial.

Hereiam, jogging DOES suck!! It's bad for your knees and breast tissue and makes your feet wider.

I've seen women doing aerobics or that stepping stuff - he!!, some are just WALKING - and their tatas are jiggling like a bowl of jello.

Nothing works for me. I use to wear two sports bars and smash them really in but it was effecting my breathing when I ran. I stopped doing that. Now I wear a spandex sports bra that is supportive and they still bounce around but it does not hurt when they do.

I wish I could find something but nothing has ever worked for me. I am a 34 triple d. Thank you genetics. I also have a really hard time finding anything that fits really good. I jsut settle with what I can.

LOL when I was younger and they started coming in before like everyone else I did try that to hide them. I did find if I wear a good sport bra and a spandex shirt with a built in one it is way better and not too tight that is hurts when i breath.

Advice, that means you don't have a problem with heavily padded bras. I've had difficulty finding pretty/sexy bras that don't have an inch of padding. All that does is push mine UP and OUT. That's great if I need a chin rest. Otherwise, it's just annoying.

I work out every.single.morning., VERY EARLY. I have sports bras that are tight enough to keep my girls from jiggling around. If I go outside to workout, as in bike riding, I wear the sports bra and a tight elastic workout shirt.

I wear Chantelle or Panache underwire sports bras. Encapsulate and compress, so no mono-breast. Prefer the 3-4+ multi-hook bands --- think "harness." Heard that Enell is great for high activity. Most spandex, compression style sports bras don't work for me. Victoria Secret's was a joke with a minimal 2 hook band, non-adjustable straps and heavily padded.

Absolutely hate for my girls to go freelance -- 36DDD -- while working out or riding my horses.

Indigo, you'd definitely be in danger of blacking both your eyes! I wonder if you can get a form of mammary whiplash...

I have probably 10 sports bras because.. well.. still looking for the right one!

I find many of them are too low cut so I spill over. OR.. they have straps that are not adjustable so it's tight around the chest band... but won't hold up from bouncing.

It's a struggle.. not so tight you can't breath.. like the band part... high enough cut so you don't do the burpees with an extra tug to pull it up every move.

Fabric that breathes

Cute color..

Oh.. and I went and gained a bunch of weight so most of those 10 are too small Sad

ESMOD... don't you try them on?? I go into the dressing room and jump up and down...

I shop online mostly. I don't like to store shop much.

I'm terrible at returning things too.lol

I LOVE the Victoria Secret VSX Sports Bra, the thick strap sturdy one. I got rid of all other sports bras and only have those. I'm a 36D and it's the only thing I can work out in comfortably!

Due to the last three surgeries I cannot work out yet so I put on 50+ pounds and my little bewbies went from A's to C's. Not huge by any means but annoying to me. There a just right out there in my way. And discovered they bounce. They never did that before. SO of course LOVVEESSSS Them (his words) but I cannot wait to get clear to get back to working out.

I usually don't need a sports bra but after reading this, I'm going to get one for the first few months until these puppies go back to normal.

He just released me last Thursday Smile This weekend SO, our fur baby and I walked around the baseball fields while SS had a double header. My stomach was sore that night but I felt and slept better than I have in a year.

Classy, I read that as "...I walked around the baseball fields and had a double beer...".

I really should have had more coffee today!!!

Ghost, I was in the Bewb line too long and the Willpower line closed before I got there. Maybe you were in line for something else and the Bewb line closed... lol!

IKR!!! i got skipped over as well!

a wise older woman used to tell me "more than a handful or mouthful is wasteful." Blum 3

i used to dream of getting 'work' done to balance my upper body with my lower, but it seems nature has taken care of it in a way i am highly displeased bout - now i have a very flat ass to match the flat chest. UGH.
