I do think a lot of these teens/kids are screwed up and need professional help. Hopefully he will get them that.

Hopefully he also won't overlook pas, the bm (if she's a pain in the a$$) and the dh, and how they've parented, and help them better their parenting.

Just for shits and giggles, I looked up the basics of the shows and here they are....

Monday: 'Dad's Wife Is Ruining Our Life.'

Allan says he desperately wants a relationship with his 38-year-old twin daughters, Carol and Christine, whom he says he’s been at odds with since their mother died more than 10 years ago. When Dr. Phil brings this fractured family together, can he help them to find forgiveness and repair their relationships?

Tuesday: 'Stepdad Takes On Dr. Phil.'

Brenda claims her husband, Drew, is physically and verbally abusive to her 14-year-old son and ridicules her intellectually disabled 20-year-old daughter. Drew says he’s not abusive, he’s “aggressive” and is “trying to get these kids ready for the real world.” What is at the root of this stepfather’s anger?

Wednesday: 'Stepparent Abuse.'

Dr. Phil continues his discussion with Brenda and Drew, who are at odds over the way she says Drew treats her two children. Dr. Phil’s wife, Robin, has a strong message for Brenda -- and Drew. And, Lauren says her 2-year-old daughter was abused and murdered by her stepmother. Why does she blame herself, and how can she heal from such a painful loss?

Now, do I give much credence to anything Dr. Phil has to say? No. Does it change my situation? No, I already walked. Will it be interesting for curiosity sake? Oh hell yeah! LOL. Smile

BTW, Thursdays show is about a hateful MIL. Just sayin'. Wink
