Hey Everyone... Just a little help or clarification. Not sure if any of you have been in this type of situation.

I want to file "Married filing separately" with my husband. I have a 4yr old from a pervious relationship. This is my year to claim her. Am I still able to claim my daughter if I file "Married filing separately"?

My husband (just married 6 months) wants me to use his tax attorney, he makes about 5x my salary, my name is not on "our" house which he purchased before we were married.

Ok I have to date I want to celebrate. The 1st of Feb is when dh and I met back up. We ran into each other at a store. I came to find out it was bm's bday, dh had already left her and she had gotten the paper work on her bday. Then there is Vday, see 16 years ago on vday we were introduced by some friends. It was an instant connection.

I have 2 SKids. SD4 and SS2. They have different mothers and DH and I just got married in Oct. I'm very much in love with my DH (should be, I'm newlywed right!?) and I adore my Skids.

So this is now the second time that my BF's ex-wife has harrassed me via my phone. She started forwarding me text messages that she said were from my BF. They were very sexual and mentioned a particular day that he and I happened to spend the night out apart. I told her to show me the messages straight from her phone if they were in fact real. She then started telling me if I didn't believe it then she didn't care.

My oldest SS was 9 when we decided to become a family unit. I have watched and helped him grow and mature into a very productive,polite,and smart young man. He is now 14. In April of '10 we were given our "final judgment" from family court, the living arrangements are to stay as is,(out of town Bm had tried to remove the boys from our home to hers) OK, during the two yrs. this went on the oldest SS simply refused to live with her! Wanted nothing to do with living there at all. BM was well aware,still we went through so much dealt with it all again, we won our case.

I am completely fed up with the situation with my SS6. As he gets older, I (and tons of other people) have noticed that he is turning out to be one creepy little kid. I'm very concerned because he is showing symptoms of being a sociopath. His behavior over the past few months has escalated to the point that everyone is noticing. I don't know what the deal is because SS12 is doing great. He is turning out to be an awesome kid.

im really hurt the way my stepdaughter treat me. everytime as ask her to do something wich is clean her mess her answer its not my business and yelling at me in front of his father and my husband ddnt do nothing ..i dont understand why my husband tolereting her disrespect me all the time . im kind of giving up many times but still love my husband but im confused why my husband let her doing that to me ..right i dont know what to do this is two yrs already that i just suck it up the situation

Would just like some advise.......Have been dating boyfriend 4 years and always knew that his family manipulated him but this past summer it was totally out of control. His brother was arrested 4th OUI and he ran to bail him out for thousands of dollars, brother said he would get money in a week it has been four months... his daughter had the same thing arrested and then called when fine was due crying that her license was suspended and did not have money to pay fine...has sister is an alcoholic and always calls for money. He continuously gives money to all of them.

So drug addict SS21 just entered his 6th program in as many months (never finishes) to deal with his heroin addiction and bi polar issues. Good he is 3000 miles away I hope he never comes back. So crazy enabling BM calls yesterday and wanted my DH to pay his $800 fine when he got arrested in November - DH hearing about this for the first time - for posssion of drug paraphernalia. DH says no way he is paying SS21 needs to pay since it is his problem. (GOOD ANSWER DH).
