this week has sucked! my house is constantly a wreak. it smells. got old senile dog who barks at everything. a nephew who hit my youngest and lied about it. going around saying guess who farted then the room stinks to high heaven. this kid is seven. wouldn't even touch my cooking just wanted junk food.noise constantly with kids running around.

Its been about a week now since my SD was placed in a treatment facility for her behaviors and I am not gonna lie things are GREAT! It has been so calm around here with my other two kids and it has been so nice not having to hear any of my SD whining or bratty snotty little attitude I know eventually she has to come back and as much as I cant stand the little punk anyone have any ideas as to how I can tolerate her until shes at least 18?

FDH and BM decided to move to a true EOW schedule. Starting next Sunday, we will have SS3 Sunday-Sunday and then a week off. I asked FDH if he is thinking about modifying the stipulation to signify that it is now joint custody, or if he will call CS Enforcement Agency to see about lowering his child support.

Hello son. Three weeks in a row that the letter streak continues. Things are rolling right along in the hot sticky sauna of Houston. Not that I have much to bitch about compared to what you are experiencing with hot sticky summer weather in Biloxi.

So last night DH tells me that BM called and told him that ss12 was "rude" to her on the phone...DH is a truck driver and I am home with the kids and he is home every other day and all weekend... I say I dont really know anything about it, I know that she called but I do not answer the phone I just had it to ss12 because we have caller ID and I know it is her... I do not stay around when he is on the phone and I let him talk in privacy...

SS11 is now doing this sarcastic 'brother' 'sister' thing. DH had a talk with him earlier this summer about what it means to belong to a family unit. He explained the relationship between stepsisters and brothers and how they should treat each other, which of course, didn't go over well with the Center of Our Universe, so, in his usual obnoxious spirit, SS has taken to ending every sentence to Bios with 'sister' or 'brother.' I told bios to ignore it, skids'll be gone in 1 week and 2 days anyway.

We had our first session this week right as FDH moved back into his house and right before I left on business.

Things the shrink said that I liked:
Children need boundaries
The relationship is the core; the children orbit the core
Eventually children grow up and leave, but a spouse is supposed to be there forever
You will find things in each other that you do not like
You should be telling each other about yourself - not the other person
Even with a child involved, your partner has boundaries that need to be respected

It had always been unthinkable! Sacramento is a dive... depressing, ugly and repressed. But we're stuck here because of the girls and the stupid custody arrangement. Ever since I disengaged, things have gotten 100 times better! DH and I don't fight, we're more loving... and he decided it would be best for us both to move despite the CO.

I feel torn......not sure what to do so need some help from you guys.....

5 days into our summer visitation with SD7 and the shit has already hit the fan. The minute that BM realized that she couldn't be 100% in control she flipped out. DH has already received 2 nasty emails, criticizing his parenting skills, and accusing him of stealing the charger to the stupid phone that she insisted their 7 year old needed for her visit. Why the hell would he steal or hide a charger? If he were going to steal or hide something it would be that freaking phone!
