Is it wrong to be irritated by my stepson?
My stepson is irritating the HELL out of me. Whine about everything and anything and always always complain about dinner that I make. We had baked Ziti tonight, I even went as far to make cheese and cheese and hamburg and he managed to whine in this low grating whine He did it the other night too when I chopped up black olives and put it in a Salad because he complains we never have enough Salad nights, he whined and whined til I was ready to say something, I try to give his dad the opportunity because my husband is VERY strict but he sat there and BARTERED with him the other night and tonight (which usually I get holy hell for!)
I don't know what is going on but I am SO sick of my SS8 . He is the "golden child" and only one of my SO's so he's wonderful and when he does wrong he denies it , I told his dad this afternoon he was naughty just like my two sons were and he denied it and started to cry.
Why me? and how to I get over it?

oh he had NO snacks when he arrived home this afternoon, he also was told by his dad that he ate it or starved, then he said he wanted garlic bread and my husband said NO not until you eat the pasta, he waited until it was cold ,whined and then whined some more, finally his dad got him to eat it, then my SS felt it was ok to help himself to almost HALF the F'ing bread! I'm sorry but not ok and his DAD didn't say anything
His father is overwhelmed because him and BM are fighting with the school, ss8 is not doing well in reading or math, despite the fact that his father brings him home each night and makes him do homework for a hour even if there isn't any because he's worried about school.
my Husband said it was because I told him he was being naughty. so he was upset (two hours after the fact!) my opinion is this kid is COddled and is the "golden child" sorry but he's cross eyed and annoying. ANNOYING!
I told my husband "thats what you get for breeding with stupids" he didn't like it but BM is a wacko and Tricked my husband into getting preg (oops I didn't know I needed to take BC EVERY night" and he beleived her! Now of course he has full custody of his son she wrote him off andhe's PERFECT or BETTER BE! ughhhhhhhhh
I love my husband but he can't see past SS8 being his only "BOY" ever.
