O/T: Online Diet Plan- Menu

Anyone know of a good online diet menu planner?

I have gained some weight and its mostly in my stomach and love handles Blum 3 I have noticed that as time goes on I am gaining more weight.

I do drink a lot of wine and beer, so I am sure this is where a lot of the weight gain has came from. But since I am in step life, ya all know I cant just stop indulging in that otherwise I will go crazy.

For the most part, I do eat healthy. I dont do a lot of junk food, no pop, nothing greasy, lots of fruits and veggies.

I am in a food rut though. And its about to be back to school time and sports time which will further increase my food rut because I wont want to cook as much. So that in turn means we eat out way too much or eat out take out.

I would love to find an online menu planner/food plan. Something that I can print out and say okay- here are the meals that I need to eat for the week (month, etc) and here is what I need to buy from the grocery store.

I would love to find one that I can customize with food I actually like. A lot of diet plans consist of fish, which I do not eat.

So if anyone knows of any good apps, programs, websites, charts, etc I would greatly appreciate it....

** Side note, I do Zumba 2-3 days a week. The days I am not doing Zumba I am moderately active. I do stairs over elevators. I like to walk and bike.

I feel like since I have started Zumba I have GAINED weight. I think my increase in activity, I am hungier and I am not eating the right foods after working out?
