You know what scares me, we've never asked SD20 (who lives with us) to do chores, but it was troubling that a few months ago, she straight up asked me who got what if her dad died, or who was in charge of things if something happened to both DH and I. It may have just been an innocent question, but this day and age, it's a little scary.

Agree and this is sad.

Mental illness causes so much trouble/problems/issues/heartache and its so overlooked.

My DH has schizophrenia. He does experience a reality completely different from the REAL one. He looks normal too. My luck is that he is so far, non violent, he is just scared. And annoying, and difficult to deal with. I have basically disengaged unless he is freaking out.

I guess this psycho is the end of the spectrum that I should fear.
