Okay...Short Intro, 3rd Time's the Charm?

I tried to post a short intro earlier this week so I hope it isn't sitting around anywhere else, if it is, I apologize!

Not sure how much info is safe to give out, but the gist is this: I've got 3 skids, OSD16, SD15, SS9. OSD has been living w her dad, dh, full time for over two years now and has no contact at all with BM. The other two go back and forth between BMS and our place.

BM is a marriage counselor, (hilarious, really), has her own practice out of her home. Divorced over her infidelity, she's a classic narc, just like her mother, who also doesn't talk to her. Typical drama with this on.

My first post outlines some of the basics so I don't want to rehash everything if it isn't necessary; however if anyone would like more details, I'd be happy to post those deets again!

Sometimes I just need a place to vent my frustrations with this whole situation. It's a great comfort to have a place to come to where there are others that are exactly where I am, because a lot of times I just want to crawl into a hole and hide until BM dies or runs off to, "find herself in India", (insert eyeroll here: _____________________), and the skids are off to wherever the hell it is they'll get off to.

I feel ya, looks great on paper but is about as decent and honest as Charlie Manson. Sorry to hear things are shitty with your skid.

I'm sorry, all I read was "BM is a marriage counselor...divorced over her infidelity...narc..."

Welcome here. You have found your people, omgstop. I'm sure your bm is going to turn out to be one of the most memorable here. All I need now is for you to tell me that the man she cheated with was one of her clients whose marriage she was trying to save.

Thanks so much! I can tell you that she did have a "former client" with whom she decided to stop the "professional realtionship" so they could start a personal one. She's a REAL piece of work.
