It's a warm summer evening. The neighbours are having a small get together of their family and are sat around a table chatting and drinking.

SS18 goes to bed at 10. There is no need for this but its his routine, what he wants. We are downstairs, DH watching tv and im finishing up from painting glass jars for tea lights in the garden. 

10.15 down comes SS and complains to DH that the neighbours are stopping him getting to sleep. DH says 'what do you expect me to do?' and turns back to the tv. Its sunday tomorrow, not like he has to get up for school. He acts like he's 6 years old and shouldnt be kept up or like my elderly parents who go to bed at 10.

Yesterday it was that his pillow was too hard. A new one the same as we have. Not hard at all. He is a precious moaning whinging little baby. The day before he was making gurning faces at the dinner i had made (this is what he does when its not one of his favourite foods). I told him to pack it in with the faces or his dinner will be put in the bin and he can p**s off upstairs.

I am telling him tomorrow NOT to disturb our evening with this trivial crap. He can go and tell them himself., which he would never do as he is the biggest chicken in the pen.
