CO states this year my SO was supposed to claim his daughter on his taxes. After submitting, his taxes were returned REJECTED. why? because BM claimed the child. He contacted her and she claims he is not caught up on his childsupport. not true. i know he is because I paid it. I wrote the check and it came out of MY account all before DECEMBER 31st.

so now we have to amend his return and claim the youngin.
ugh. & this was 2 days after we had just been speaking good about her and thought things were changing..GUESS NOT!

what a slap in the face that was..& it wasnt the first nor will it be the last. IM SURE~

check your state laws, with oklahoma, you have to be current and on time for an entire year before you can claim the minor

-Lesson learned: NEVER trust the psycho BM and NEVER give her the "benefit of the doubt"-
lol really not sure how many times i need to learn this lesson.but hey one day ill get it.

a few days before that she was texting me talking about oo hey girl..blah blah..really i have tried to be your "friend" well at least civil.. but the more she kicks me in the teeth the harder it is. the ONLY thing that keeps me civil in the little. & i realize the only person all the BS is hurting is her. the time will come so i try to sit back and enjoy the show.

ugh. We spoke to someone at jackson hewitt and they told us to file the amendment and that will launch and investigation..I am so tired of her screwing him & us in everyway possible and getting away with it. bc she paints the poor, innocent, defenseless, pitiful me.. She is pitiful but quite the devil }:)
dont know if you have a way of dealing with it but maybe an idea if you want to look into it a little more.

This happened to my BF last year. He got reamed. $6,000 to the IRS. He still owes them a little from this.

Honestly, I would LOVE it if BM pulled this on us, so we can do to her what she did to us a few years ago. She had told DH that he could claim 1 child and she'd claim the other. Apparently, she changed her mind and decided not to tell him. Because he was in arrears the refund was sent to HER. However, a few years later, the IRS came after him because SHE had filed BOTH kids! So he ended up having to pay BACK almost 20k to the IRS. Last year, was the first year he was able to claim SS because now he lives with us full time. She wanted to claim him, he told her, "oh go ahead so you can see what it feels like to owe money to the IRS." She didn't dare she knew I'd make sure we nailed her to the wall.
