My life has definitely been hard lately- between my mom's cancer, issues with SS20, BM2 Contempt crap, work stress, bio's school stress.. things have just sucked a big one.

Well, we found out over the weekend that my baby brother (he is 30- still my baby brother) is getting MARRIED! We are so excited! The whole family just adores this woman. She is so great for him. It is fast, they have only been together for 6 months, but they are so great together. They are getting married in 2 weeks! Somewhat rushed for my mom, I think... and some for her immigration status. She is Columbian and her work Visa expires next summer. She is beautiful, kind, super smart- Just everything that I would ever hope for in a partner for my brother. They are so perfectly weird together LOL! They remind me of DH and I- a great friendship that lead to marriage.

My mom and I are trying to plan a bridal shower for her the night before the wedding, her mom and sister are flying in and staying at my house. It is all just so exciting and my mom is so happy for him! It is great seeing my mom so excited and happy :)
