Okay so my DH is telling SD4 to call me "momma"
KILL ME NOW!!!!
At first i really didnt care, but know i cant stand it. First of all she don't like talking to me and im to the point that i go out of my way to NOT to talk to her.

I have told DH that i don't think that it's a good idea for her to call me MOMMA seeing that she is already confused about everything. LOL
Now you are trying to get her to call me something im not. Yes i have been in her life from 2 months olds, and i have been the one to watch her, feed her, buy her clothes, buy shoes and everything else. Also she has been in my life more then in her moms, so if she ever feels like calling me momma then fine whatever. But PLEASE DON'T FORCE THE ISSUE!!!

I agree on not forcing that issue. I can understand completely. Can you tag your name after the momma. So like MommaFirstName? If you repeat it after SD says Momma - she will start using it.

I would be very uncomfortable being called anything like Momma - hell, it bugs me the skids call my parents Grandpa and Grandma - it grates on me personally. I totally understand.

My mother made me call my stepfather Daddy and I hated it. That's something a child should decide for him or herself. I can understand why your husband did that, he thinks it will make you all seem more like a family, but that's something that will come with time, not with title.
