Bio-Mom at it Again!!!

FedUpinBC's picture

 my husband has a court order specifying his visitation time with his child! Bio-Mom tonight goes to the childs hockey game and TAKES HIM HOME after the game which ended a full 2 hours before the conclusion of my husbands visitation time this weekend!!!
Called the Police and all they did was call her and tell her shes in breach of the order and not to do it again
This is not the first time she's pulled shit like this on my spouse, and I am getting real damned fed up sitting and watching this wretch of a beast run her mouth and do whatever she wants whenever she wants to and walking right thru this court order! HELP!!!!

Why didn't DH take his son home? If he wasn't there then his mother can say "His father is the custodial parent and he wasn't there. I took home my son."

We've had BM kidnap the SKIDS several times and just get a warning.

And I got upset alongside DH, got scared with DH, looked for them with DH, endured police office visits with DH, yada, yada, yada... for years.

Please don't go down the rabbit hole with him. This is his battle, don't let it mess up your life. Our time is so precious, it's not worth getting so upset--especially for 2 hours.

Now when BM gets extra time with the SKIDS I say "Free babysitting, yay!".

I mean seriously, even our judge says, "Stop counting, quality is more important than quantity"

^this x 1000. This is not your battle and you will eat yourself up trying to fight your H's battles. I used to do this. Then I found ST. Now I am mostly reformed.

I agree. I used to let every little thing BM did bother me for the first couple of years we were married. Now I don't care what she does as long as it doesn't affect me or my DD.

Ahhh I remember the day BM first realized the court order is just a piece of paper too. Not only did she withhold SS from an explicitly written visit she also dared him to call the cops and told him they wouldn't do anything. Yep. So much joy when you realize you paid almost 10k for a judge to sign a worthless piece of paper.
