Casa de Sunny was de house of da sick last week.

It still sort of is.. We're kinda getting back to normal now, but still not all totally healthy ;/ I really haven't been energised enough to bounce round doing excercise :/

Sorry I know this is a stupidly boring TUT.. Although even just posting it every week makes me remember what my goal is, and what I should be doing right Smile

There's nothing new to report over here really, apart from being excited to be *well* again.. I don't think that anyone ever really appreciates being well, until you're not. Well I'm not. And I'm so excited to be well again, lol!!!

Anyway.. Tell me stuff guys! What have you been doing! Xxx

I bought a thermos at Target that is insulated and doesn't sweat. It holds about 24 ounces, easily fits in the dishwasher, and has a nifty flip-top lid. I can carry it in my purse, since it doesn't drip.

Sounds very basic, but I have been able to get my water consumption to where it should be. Something as simple as a thermos. Smile

How crazy is that! Good news with the water consumption! A few years back, I really struggled to have my 8 glasses of water a day. My friends would laugh at me, but I swore by writing on the side of the glass in marker "3" or "4" depending on which glass it was LOL! It wasn't permanent marker, just wiped right off.. It really helped me! Lol! Not sure hat happened but don't need to do that anymore, totally fine with getting enough water now.

Been exercising now for a week, hour a day (week-ends excluded then it's my liver's time for exercising)

I prefer early mornings, not after work, then I want to sit and do nothing....

dammit I'm constantly hungry, I hate chinese green tea, my stomach is eating my intestines from 8 in the mornings...
by lunch time I'm so weak of hunger and my face pulls funny people think I'm smiling, I'm actually growling... inwards..

I will not make it, my ovaries are begging me for chocolates....my stomach are begging for nice fatty bacon eggs and cheese toast.... I want to have a extra large pizza with all on it - just not the anchovies :sick:

I developed a thinking habit of killing every one walking into my office, 6 different ways for each idiot...

Still got a bit of a cough (a month!), but I'm back to my regularly scheduled activity. Actually, in a way I'm glad I got sick, I learned how much I love the activity and the social interaction. I met a couple of new people this week alone, one really really nice that might even become an actual person to socialize with!

I am very tired still, very boring. Thinking about going to a dietist to help me lose weight. I understand healthy eating and think I eat well. Could be better but I'm not aiming for perfect. Yet I'm not losing weight. Plus I cook for my family, and I cook food that is not the regular Dutch diet (boiled the he** out of food, then mash it up). So I think I'd benefit from some help. I'll see if our insurance covers it first.
