I kept my promise to myself and did 3 workout videos at home this week Smile *feeling proud* I'm going to try for the same again this week Smile

So, I'm 1/2 pound down. Not great, but better than nothing, lol! Maybe I'll see an improvement on the scales next week, sometimes that happens doesn't it. When you're pretty good one week, but you don't see a difference until the next week. Fingers crossed anyway, lol!

I definately think that my biggest calorie intake is wine. I tried switching to vodka instead as it's lower cal, but it just gives me a headache the next day and to be honest I just don't really enjoy the taste.

I wish SS6 didn't make me want to drink, siiiiiiigh!!! Every weekend I try not to. And every weekend I end up thinking, oh maaan I can't do this without drinking (heads to the store for a bottle)

Anyway. I'm doing my best to work round it, and being good the rest of the time! I hope everyone else is doing ok? X

Sunny, you are doing great! My exercise consists of walks to the front lawn at my work to smoke and chasing around after a 2 year old. However since I no longer see the Chucky monster I don't comfort eat. My weight is now down to 51kgs.

sunny - wine makes you fat... that's a fact like a cow....

I switched to whisky and water..... sometimes I will add lemon slices.... it's not nice at first but you get use to it.

now after 2 weeks of starvation..... I'm pissed off, why did I pick these diets, they say clearly you will only loose fat if there's access fat alternative you only detox.... I've lost only 2 pounds dammit.... I was aiming for at least 15..... guess who can not indulge over the festive season Sad

I have come to the conclusion, fruit vegetables and exercise is making me fat, I'm done with it, from now on it will be greek pizza and booze and camping out on the coach
