Tone Up Tuesday

sunny_skies's picture

Well, with all my grand plans for exercising every day this week, I only managed 2 days lol! (No tears this time! And DD2 was still ok with letting me do my thing, yay!)

Better than nothing I suppose Wink Also DD and I met up with DH during his lunch break for a meal out this week, it turned out to be quite high fat. (Creamy pasta type thing, yum)

I do realise I could've chosen a lower fat option from the menu but it was totally worth it, as we never eat out. It was a rare treat, we had a *really* nice time and I don't regret it Smile

Despite not exercising every day I'm quite pleased with what I *did *manage, as usually I wouldn't have done a single bit of exercise.

Baby steps guys! Baby steps! LOL!

I'll get into the swing of things soon, I'm still really hoping for getting myself moving every day at this point. This week was an ok start Smile

So how's everyone else doing! Xxx

Fat Aniki ate a big salad for lunch. I'm usually good on workdays so long as I'm at work. It's AFTER work that's my Waterloo. I ate Taco Hell last night, followed by a chocolate cupcake. I suck.

Aniki!!! You do NOT suck! I wish I had some advice but I don't, I make bad choices with food too, but I know I don't suck lol! Remember that!

Ohhh Jess, I lovvve Cheetos, mmmm

Oh yes, I definitely suck. Last night I sucked down 2 double martinis along with 2 chocolate cupcakes. That was after I ate a turkey sandwich, thinking I would be good. Let's face it. Even if I wired my mouth shut, I'd find a way to blend the solid so I could suck it through a straw. Sad

I now have a Fitbit. 10,000 steps a day is the suggested goal - which I sometimes achieve - but it wears me out as I am an old lady.

But the other day I had 8000+ steps and NEVER LEFT MY HOME. And I do not have a huge house either. I was just "busy" doing stuff.

Wow that's interesting! I bet I'd run up some steps at home too, sometimes I hardly sit down all day! Good job getting a Fitbit Biggrin
