I can't wait for the 23rd to get here so we can goto court. The BM is now totally keeping my fiances daughter from him. She wont even answer the phone when she see's hes calling. He tried to call on Easter and she answered and when he asked to speak to his daughter she hung up. Now shes just totally ignoring his phone calls. Im so tired of the games. Her new husband has his kids this week so I know since this is my fiances weekend shes gona be out of state having to take his kids back. I can';t stand it much longer, it does get better doesnt it?

Yes it does get better. Everytime she doesnt answer, or hangs up, that is even more ammunition for you guys that she is keeping SD away from him. BM does that to my DH. Sometimes he calls just knowing she wont answer, so it will look like he is trying to contact his daughter. I have printed out all his phone records of him trying to call her.
