My brother is going back to court. His ex has been making some false accusations about him. Obviously when it comes to his kids he can get emotional. He has Mediation I suggested that he do mediation separate from his ex. I think she will do nothing but distract him and get him upset ...not good in mediation. Does anyone know the pros and cons of doing separate mediation? Has anyone dealt with this?
