How do you get a skid OUT of the house?

It's DH birthday on Saturday. He took today of as well because we are fishing in a tournament on Sunday. He took the day off to find good spots or whatever. I know zero about fishing, other than I can get a tan. LOL

I have a special dinner planned out to fix him tomorrow night, problem is...SD16 will be here. It won't exactly be a romantic night with her here and I have no way to get rid of her. Most 16 year old kids have cars and friends...this one has neither! So I can't even give her bribe money so she can go to the movies or the mall because one of us would have to take her and go get her. Not that she would go anyway because she NEVER leaves the house! Maybe I can just lock her in the basement.... }:)

She is with us full time. BM is a drup addict in a nuthouse somewhere. She's been out of the picture since SD16 was 6 months old.
It's hard to plan anything for her. She has NO friends. I was always on the go when I was 16. She does nothing...

This family is not the closest family in the world...
I don't know if she has ever babysat. I wouldn't trust her with my puppy let alone someone else's child.

Oh I am sure there are but there in lies the problem...we would have to take her and then go get her. I'd like for her to be gone the entire night...if you get me. Wink LOL

Oh! Ok. I suggest then a family member she can stay with. If she has no friends or a family member to be with then I suggest you and your DH go find a nice secluded spot Wink away from the house.

We were going to rent a place for the weekend that is actually ON the lake but I thought that was a bit much. I'm thinking I might ship off to granny's house.

Get on the phone and loudly pronounce that there is a snake problem (or spiders, or roaches) in your house and you'd like the exterminator to come out stat as you're tired of finding (vermin) in the bedclothes.

When you figure it out can you let me know my SD15stb16 also has NO friends and goes nowhere. I'm always like WTF? I was never home at that age.....WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS HERE? Geez! Be nice to people and get some friends. why do you always want to be with us? What are we doing this weekend?....WE are doing nothing! I'M going to get my nails done and shopping with MY friends....i guess your hanging with your dad. LOL.

Are we married to the same man? and have the same skid? She seriously just asked her dad to have a cook out on his bday so her boyfriend could come over! She said ,"Don't you want a bday party? Let's grill out!" Meaning...he buy everything and cook for everyone. No shithead...I am cooking for him and you will disappear! She looked at him and said, "I didn't get a bday party either." I wanted to throttle her! We asked her over and over to get us a list of friends so we could have a party for her....shame she has NO friends! We did take her out to eat and shopping so she got all she would ever need anyway.

Well I guess she has a BF. My SD doesn't have that either. I guess no one can tolerate her but her dad. LOL. Not even her BM.

I like the way you think! Seeing as she got herself grounded, she holed up in her room for the night.
