Came home early from work to find three identical expressions of "OH SHYTE" on the younger three skids faces. I knew something was up then, had no idea what. Asked if SD17 was asleep and...
They told the truth!!
I think it just vomited out of them due to severe fear of losing what precious little they have earned back in a rush from three little mouths came: "She left right after you did this morning, went to the beach with her boyfriend said she was going to be home before you or dad got home."
First I or DH have heard of a boyfriend, considering she went to prom stag and pretty much has been grounded since prom it makes one wonder HOW she has been talking to this boy enough to make him a boyfriend. But I digress. My car is now in the neighbors garage. The three younger ones are in my eyesight to ensure they don't call to warn her. And darling DH is on his way home now.
His kid. His problem. Though he did ask if there was a way to get an ankle monitoring bracelet for personal instead of probationary use.

She was grounded due to stealing a house key and giving it to her BM so her BM could enter a house that her BM did not have any right to be in, legal or otherwise. SD17 was arrested and given community service. Her ass would have been super glued to a chair if she was one of my BIOS or skids.

I agree all the kids should be in trouble as they are all old enough to know they should have called someone. And yes my parents would have grounded me to the max! I remember i pulled something similar and not only was i grounded i was made to write sentences and i had to quit my job. So yeah this is bad. and should be in major trouble.
