I have two step children a 8 SS and a 11 SD. We have the children every Wednesday and every other weekend. During the Summer we have them every other Week (she takes them one day on our week), and then on her week we take them Wednesday and Thursday. Bio Mom gets 200.00 per week, and we also carry medical and dental insurance. This was set up through their divorce. We pay for all sports, dance classes, etc. We also have a room for each of them toys, clothes, etc. We have been together for five years biomom never wants the kids on holidays not even Christmas it just blows my mind. Bio Mom doesn't get the kids to school on time, and she only works part time. (they had 50 tardies a piece last year)It's just crazy!I want my fiancee to take this in to court to have a modification. I don't know if he would qualify Bio Mom makes about 2,700 (she's a server) a quarter, and my fiancee makes about 12,000 a quarter. I'm thinking bio mom is getting off way to easy. My soon to be mother in law has kept the kids the past two weeks that bio mom should have had them. Does anyone else have these problems??
