Help Me Find the Ulterior Motive
Received summons papers from the Familiy Court in Girhippoville for a court date the day before Chef's birthday. The Girhippo is "letting us know" that SD20 is working full time, is NOT in college and plans to move out in two months.
Now the Girhippo has NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER been upfront or honest about anything. The CO to her is just a "serving suggestion" that only applies to Chef. She tried hiding the fact that OSS moved out when he was 19 (this is a CS to 21 state). When I found out via fakebook and my syn-stagram account she.was.LIVID!!! She thought she'd keep it on the down low and keep collecting CS on his behalf for the next two years.
She also stuffed SD20 into community college last year which lasted for about 5 seconds before SD dropped out--she barely made it through HS with an IEP so ten points below what is failing despite the fact that she is NOT learning disabled--just poorly parented. The though process was to continue CS through 24 if possible for SD.
One of my thoughts was that SD will no longer be on mommykins health insurance when she moves out (probably would qualify for medicaid) and that she is trying to stick Chef with providing medical insurance for her--the current CS amount covers the health insurance aspect as aka reimburses the Gir monetarily for putting SD20 and SS16 on her insurance. Chef does not have health insurance and probably could qualify for either medicaid or the VA (but he won't sign up).
Unless she is actually being religious (she pretends to be a church lady) I have no clue why she would volunteer this info. Unless she was tipped off by this very small community somehow. She has told all three skids her entire life that Chef is a "deadbeat, ghost dad who pays nothing" (TM). Could SD have found out that Chef is actually paying a whopping amount for her and her brother? Chef thinks that SD is getting paid an allowance out of the CS but is naive enough to think that the Gir lets her know the money is actually from CS (yeah, right).

I believe she HAD to report sd20 has a full time job and that she moving out because it plays in to why she is dragging chef back to court.
She wants more cs for ss16.
She wants Chef to pay sd20 rent because she can not secure a high paying job because of her mental infirmities/ Since sd20 IS trying so hard to be independent chef should 'help out'. She would have had cs until college was over but sd20 could not mentally cope in college (in bm's voice)

Be found out and will have to pay back the CK she wasn’t supposed to get. Kids can stay on medical insurance until there 26 Birthday. Normally once you have a family plan, medical insurance it would not cost anymore to have one or two kids on her insurance. Or you could put her on , hate to day it, yours insurance ?
Could not SD work in the soup kitchen. Opp I mean soup truck. ???
That's just it
She was caught red-handed trying to collect extra money when she didn't report the orthodontist bill was paid for so she basically got paid twice via CS and suffered no consequences because of it
Then when she was caught red-handed with OSS moving out and not reporting it nothing happened in fact I don't even think CS was retroactive to the date he moved out it was almost a year after OSS moved out that CS stopped for him
Then most recently when Chef was trying to get a downward modification she didn't even show up for the court date and just left a note the day before saying she wasn't going to show once again no punishment or penalty for doing that when if Chef did that he would be thrown in jail on a warrant

She turns 21 in November, right, so Chef would be filing in the late summer to have it stopped? She's pre-empting that somehow, but why? Did someone tell her that you guys were consulting attorneys about a constructive emancipation?
This is very mysterious. There is some way this benefits her, for sure.

As Chef is always blabbing away to his nephew and older half-brother who are in direct contact with the Girhippo Clan and the skids are their social media friends and followers

So she's preempting it, perhaps, rather than having to hire an attorney to fight that? Even though he still could do it for SS16, he's less likely to get it for him, because of his age (as if there was a snowball's chance in hell of getting it for any of them).
Bear in mind
All three skids have been ghosts for a decade now
There's no way in hell I would put any of the skids on my insurance since I haven't seen them for 10 years now I do know that SD has her nose pierced and has gotten her brows microbladed so there's money for that
In addition I plan to retire in two years so not my monkeys not my insurance
Is there anyway she can ask
Is there anyway she can ask for more child support for the last kid since the other ones have both moved out and took their income with them? She might have been using their income to “help” but now that both are gone, CS for one kid won’t keep her afloat so she’s looking for an increase. That’s my best guess anyway.

Unless they impute chefs income to outrageous heights ( I have no doubt she will attempt to influence the court to do this) he has had a dramatic loss of income over the last two to three years
