Tone Up Tuesday

I bravely stepped on the scales at my slimming class this week, fully expecting the worst.

Well.. I have no idea how I managed it, but I lost TWO POUNDS!!! Omigosh, no idea. I've been ill for about 2weeks (remember I chickened out going to class last week?) so in turn have been eating comfort foods. Aaall high cal, high carb foods.

I fully expected to have put back on all the weight I'd lost. I even thought I may have put on *even more* weight than when I started..

But I'm not taking it for granted. I can't believe my luck. I'm straight back on it now that I'm feeling well again. Nia work outs at home all week! Biggrin

Here's how I've been doing since I started my slimming class:

Week 1 - lost 3 lbs
Week 2- lost 2 lbs
Week 3- (chickened out!)
Week 4- lost 2 lbs

How is everyone? (Happy hugs to all) Xxx

As a 6 ft tall woman, even if I were at my ideal weight, I'd have to chop off one, possibly two, legs if I wanted to weigh 52 kg.

In other news, the Great Common Cold of 2016 has finally passed, and after being down for the count for two months, I'm starting fresh.

I found this article recently, which I found very approachable. http://www.precisionnutrition.com/meal-plans-usually-suck

LOL moe, I love that article. My issue with those eating plans/ 5 a day meals or even 3 a day meals is WTH do I fit all that food? At best I can manage a medium sized lunch and a small supper.

It's summer, we're in a drought and I have no appetite.
