I've been doing some research lately on the civil rights of non custodial parents and came across this website that has a live webcast featuring a lawyer who you can call into and he gives legal advice! There's also "ask an attorney" but the mailbox is full so I can't write in...I'm working on something for my fiancee...if this tax thing goes to court and he gets denied I'm gonna fire up the civil rights groups on this one! I've also decided to go back to school to be a paralegal..this whole mess with BM has gotten my brain storming to want to learn more about the laws in this country and how many people are really getting screwed over....anyway, the websire is www.dadsdivorce.com if any of you are wanting to call in to the lawyer

Good luck on paralegal school. I love what I do. Might I suggest starting in a law firm as an assistant though, alot will pay for your school.

I went back to school to be a legal administrative assistant after my divorce. After all the crap my BF and his lawyer put me through I wanted to be able to help others. I found out during my internship at Legal Aide that I get way too emotionally involved and could not possibly work on divorces and custody stuff. Breaks my heart. But the degree did get me a better job than I had and now I work in real estate.

Good Luck
