I just watched one where this couple was divorced and he got the house. He refinanced and got a 401k loan of 5k to pay a down payment. Some how they got the address wrong after arguing with them several time they sent the check to his ex wife she cashed it. She said she was owed that money just b/c he didn't take her name off of it. Um what? really? He said he was trying to and they wouldn't listen hence the arguing with them.

In the end she gave him the money back but said that as much as she wanted to give the ex half of it she couldn't b/c it was the law since it was a 401k loan and was to be used for that payment whi8ch is why he got it and if he didn't use that money for the house he would be penalized.

UMMM EXCUSE ME? Why would she want to give her half? His ex STOLE that money, she knew it wasn't hers b/c they both admitted that he called her and told her what happened. That the stuff that pisses me off that exes are told they wish they could give them more and that they deserve more but can't b/c of law. So that in turns makes them believe they do DESERVE more then they are entitled to. Which is why we have even more woman trying to get more then their fair share and screw their exes over financially. GGGRRRR
