Triumph!!! Made BM annoyed and not on purpose! Love that!

My SO and myself had SD over the weekend. She is 3 and wanted to paint her nails cause she just loves nail polish. SHe always comes over with nail polish on. SO said sure no problem, thinking it wouldn't be a problem cause it's nail polish for goodness sake. SHe wanted to paint each one a different color, so we did. SD came over last night and said "Mommy said my nails look stupid and that FTMandSM isn't going to like this." Meaning BM changed her nail polish color. Loved the fact that it bothered BM so much that she had to repaint them!!! LOL!!! My thoughts, Who gives a shit, it's nail polish! It can be easily changed! Love the fact that it annoyed her a little and I didn't even try! }:)

I'm sure I'll get tired of it eventually. Last year I got yelled at for sewing up a hole in SDs pillow pet (SDs lovey) that was there for three weeks. BM told me that's a "mothers job". Well then fucking do it!!!! I am done trying to "please" the BM and trying to not step on her toes. Anything I do will step on her toes. If SD wants to paint her nails at our house then so be it. PLUS this is SOs daughter too and if he gives the ok then fuck it. I don't listen to her anymore, I just listen to SO. He is SDs parent as well.

I am not looking foward for SD to grow up. I have a feeling that she will hate me because her mom does and most definitley a lot sooner than 13. BM is already trying to pin SD against me.

It got like that back years ago.

The SD's could not say my name with out it pissing the BM off.

When the SD's were 7 and 9 they wanted to start calling me Mom. that was not a good idea I told them but they kept it up. They pretty much went home and told their MOM that they have a second mother to call mom now and BM became enrage. She pulled this teary eyed cry thing telling her daughters that they hurt her feelings.and that she is the mother and that they should never be calling me mom because I am not their mother. I didn't at the time think it would hurt so much to just call me mother Sarah for example but BM said mom nothing.. I didn't deserve the title. bla bla .. WHATEVER.

I would do things with them like color in coloring books and they would go back home telling BM I would color with them and she would become enrage over that.

If hubby and I take the kids out too amusement parks, Audubon, fireworks, BM gets PO'd about that. As a matter fact if it is like a family outing and we go out and makes us look like the family she does not want it to happen.

She wants to be the only fun those children have and quite frankly that woman does not know how to have fun with her children if it is not party like.

We ended up with two extra free tickets to the amusement park over Christmas and BM was calling hubby wanting extra money. He told her he did not have any money to give her and she brought up the fact we apparently had money because we took the kids to the Christmas amusement park. DOH! how selfish. We can't do nothing with them kids unless she can get something out of it.

In all honestly I cringe to do anything with these kids anymore because BM acts up.

Thank god they are in their teenage years. Just a few more years to go.

"Mommy said my nails look stupid…”

Way to go BM! It was your daughter’s idea to paint each one a different color and you just told your child that her idea was stupid! BM, are you trying to lower her self-esteem AND squash her creativity?!?!

My thoughts exactly...way to put your daughter down!! I was so pissed when I heard this. Who says that to a 3 year old!!!! OH, a crazy physco BM, that's who.

I would have loved for our BM to tell me, "That's a mother's job!"

I would have either said:

1. Then act like a mother and DO IT!
OR
2. I AM a mother...and a damn good one, too!
