Just a little vent

If you schedule your kids to be in activities that run EVERY day of the summer in YOUR town and you do not consult the other parent - I do not see how it is even reasonable to expect them to be a part of it.

The kids are pissed because SO said that since Horsehead is insisting that he takes his summer vacation time, they can not participate in the activities that Horsehead said they could if she forces him to take them every other week in the summer. While he's bummed that he won't see them as much, he feels that he'd rather keep on weekends and see them for quality time, than quantity. But if she forces it, then they can't participate.

One has practice every M-W-F from 8am-12pm and the other has practice every T-Th from 8am-2pm. Unfortunately it's in their town which is 45 minutes from our town and SO has to go to work which is 25 minutes in the opposite direction from Kidstown. He gets paid by the hour. And no he can't just make up his time, Horsehead. You want your child support, don't you? And F no, I am NOT taking them. NONONONO. So what if I can work from home? Not my kids. I have no say. I ain't doing shit. Thank goodness, SO didn't ask me to do it. Horsehead told him that I could since we're now a "package" and I'm like a parent to them. Umm no. wrong. Not even close.

You don't work Horsehead. You didn't consult SO about this. And the visitation order clearly states that at their age, flexibility is a must. Well I believe you flexed it all out when you ok'd these activities without prior consultation.

She said she's going to take him back to court to deny all visitation since he clearly doesn't care. He told her to bring it on.

I LOVE SUMMER

Well, I get the vent.

BM needs to step up and schlepp the kids to and from practice every day if she is so keen on commiting them to activities on dad's time.

As for taking DH to court again .... time to bring the ass whoopin to her toothless moron butt in court. Have fun with that. It should be notable.

Sincerely,
