Holiday's and HCBM's

Do holiday's have a full-moon effect on HCBM's?

Things have been relatively quiet for a couple weeks, then BOOM today, she calls my FH's work asking them to get him a message to call her. He has a no contact order due to her stalking him, and is only allowed to contact him via text if there is an emergency with SS10. He calls her.....thinking it's an emergency.....nope, she wants to know who is watching him on Friday because there is no school. She has been told time and time again, by the case manager, the mediator, and the judge that what happens at our house is our business, not hers. FH reminds her of this, and of the restraining order. She then goes off the deep end, telling him that he ruined their lives, and because of him and me, her other children need therapy, blah, blah, blah. He hangs up on her, she calls back, he doesn't answer, she starts texting. She sends this big long message about how sad she is, and how much she misses her family, and how she can't believe FH up and left (nothing about her cheating), then a minute later texts back, sorry, that was meant for my friend, not you. Hope you have a happy Valentines day.

Seems like she will find any reason to contact him on a "holiday", it's really annoying.

I wish my DH had restraining order against BM over here. It sounds like she is controlling and not over your DH. What a nutcase!!! Has she ever just showed up at your house?

She hasn't just shown up since I've been there (July) but before that she would try to break in, she would park in front of his pick up truck at his work so he couldn't leave, she has even laid on the ground in front of his truck!!

I can't say that the RO has been much help, I believe the police see it and think it is a joke because he has it against her.

And I would be contacting the police to show she violated the restraining order...Happy V Day BM!

I am so glad our cops and Judge took the RO against Bm seriously. The Judge told her she would be arrested if she violated it. She still did (driving by) but we could never prove it.

We have learned not to answer "call me" messages with a phonecall. If she can't say what the reason is, she doesn't get a call. Better yet, the doctor in the ER can call DH.
