ToxicTroll and her "Brain Injury" part deux -The easy win

CLove's picture

After spending time in the courthouse, I found out that ToxicTroll is currently winning her workmans comp case. They offered to settle for 48K, and she turned it down.

After spending so much time researching Child Support, I need to find out if this will affect anything. Does a workmans comp payout affect her incme for child support calculations?

Im having "child support discovery fatigue" currently so I dont feel like reading and asking about it anymore for now.

For now, I just want to think about me, DH and our future that we are building.

I am however, a bit riled that this b!tch is getting a boatload of money, while still being able to work, and still collecting DH's hard earned cash. And her bragging via Facebook - she listed all her diffferent court cases:

#1. took ex to court, got alimony - easy win!

#2. Took ex to court for child support, got money - easy win!

#3. Took on the school system - looks like I will win this too!

Shes such a winner. Well, she took this post down. I figure because all the dudes reading it would probably find its a boner-killer;  in our age group most of the local single guys are paying alimony and/or child support and have probably had to go to court. LOL. No one wants to date their ex.

In NYS yes WC can be considered fodder for CS.   Chef got it twice since we were together.  But since the Girhippo was already getting the MAX and then some, it never came up.  Just the same, he signed it over to me and I manage all finances.

Your bm turned down an offer and is holding out for more money...thats funny.  Thats ok, I doubt opposing counsel is just sitting on their rears crying in a corner. Do not see this as a loss. BM will get caught and may end up with nothing.

Live your life clove.  There is no way you would want to be bm, right?  Imangin the lies and coverups she deals with daily.

About her workmans comp "award"...your dh's lawyer will know.

I would not want to be her, but in my dark days, I feel like I have been living HER life - her ex husband with all his issues, her ex house with all its issues, her child when shes here, our gatherings with his friends and family that she used to attend. its a weird mind trip, you know?

I just have to remind myself that I am a different person, that money will not change who she is, and money will not make her happy. She has an entire universe built on all the lies she has to tell all her different men. And all the spins she has to put on us, to make us look bad. PLUS her workmans comp spinning.

Thanks for the support, Goodluck! It really helps.
