Special thanks to Exjuliemccoy for giving me the motivation to send out an update. Sorry if I don't respond, I am writing this while I am working.

Last update about Leech(SD38) was in August 2019, from  my last blog, Leech's probation was revoked for trying to break into our mailbox, DUI, and violating the restraining order, she had to do 90 days in jail. During this time LXH(Leech's Ex Husband) was given temporary custody of SGD10, he had filed for full custody.

In October, Leech had a court date for the DUI, mailbox tampering and violation of a restraining order, while serving the 90 days for violation of probation. Again our court system is so screwed up, the DA only went after her for the DUI. DA said that it was an honest mistake for the mailbox, because she did have a key that worked previously and the RO, she can't carry a measuring tape around to tell if she is far enough away. A$$hole DA!! So Leech received a $4000 fine, another 2 years probation and an additional 60 days, this was her 3rd DUI. There's no justice in California, but we didn't have to deal with her for almost 5 months, except one time for the custody hearing.

In November, custody hearing was very interesting, Leech arrived into the court wearing the lovely Jailhouse ORANGE clothes. Her grandfather didn't pay for an attorney for her, so she was on her own. Of course, she came in with an attitude, because she knew this area is Pro-Mom when it comes to custody. As soon as the judge came in, Leech told the judge that she was filing for full custody, so this hearing was a waste of time, and that she wanted LXH to have less visitation and she will need more CS. I almost bit a hole into my cheek to keep from laughing, LXH had a look on his face of WTF, and his attorney just sat there shaking his head. The judge has been the same one for most the family court hearings, he was also subbing for another judge when Leech's probation was revoked in August, so he knew about her history. 

The judge told her to be quiet, didn't even give her a chance to open her big mouth again. He told Leech, this hearing is going forward, for the best interest of the minor child. Since Leech was in jail and could not provide a safe living condition and not following the condition's of her probation, it was in the best interest of the minor child for the father to have full custody and the mother to have supervised visitation of the minor child. Mother is to pay for supervised visitation observer, that is to be a licensed child psychologist. No contact from Mother to the minor child is to be made, until minor child's current therapist submits to the courts that the child is emotionally ready for communication or visitation. *Huge WIN for LXH.

I could have kissed this judge right there in the courtroom, he continued, Child support will also be addressed at this time, Mother, upon release from jail is to get a job, based on the pay of what a RN can earn, child support is to be set at $1400 per month, to start 30 days after released from jail. * I didn't know a judge could do this, but whatever, it didn't matter.

Part 1 Leech loosing her ever loving mind:

Leech stood up and told the judge that he can't change the custody, he had no right to say what can be done with HER daughter, after all she is the MOTHER!! Leech pointed to LXH and said, besides he isn't even the HER Child's father.

Note: Leech was given a copy of the paperwork that LXH's attorney file, in that paperwork was a DNA test. She didn't even look at the paperwork.

By this time I am almost laughing, the judge ripped into her with both barrels, basically told her, if she would have reviewed the filed paperwork she would have seen the DNA test confirming that LXH is the father, and if she lied one more time, that he would hold her in contempt.

Part 2 Leech loosing her mind and having to keep DAH from beating the crap out of Leech in the courtroom:

Leech got this evil look on her face, I knew it wasn't going to be good, Leech told the judge that she never wanted the little b*tch in the first place and LXH could keep the brat, but she was not going to pay child support, the only reason she had the brat was for the money. Leech had to add more evil coming out of her mouth and this is where DAH wanted to beat the hell out of her. Leech popped off with, "I should have had an abortion like I did when I got pregnant the first time." (Leech had told everyone that she had a miscarriage with her first pregnancy) I thought DAH was going to have a heart attack right there, he ws so mad that he was shaking. Found out later that LXH thought she had a miscarriage too, he had no idea that she had an abortion.

The judge asked her if she was giving up her parental rights on the agreement that she would not have to pay child support. Leech said that she would sign any agreement and never wanted to see the parasite(SGD10) again. The hearing was postponed for another week, we couldn't go to the second hearing, DAH ended up in the hospital with another heart attack, DAH had to have 2 more stents placed in his heart and his cardiologist told DAH that he doesn't need any added stress. DAH now has 5 stents and was told to loose 25 pounds.

LXH gave us the highlights of the second court date, the judge went through the paperwork with all of them, this time Leech had an attorney, to make sure Leech understood what she was doing by giving up her rights. Leech told the judge to give her the paper to sign that she was done with this stupid court shit. Once Leech signed the paperwork, he judge told Leech that he has seen many terrible parents, but she was the most useless unfit mother and she would do the world a great service by making sure she could never have another child that would be exposed to her. LXH said that Leech rolled her eyes at the judge and said "Whatever, FU" that earned her another 5 days added to the rest of the time she had to serve. Leech was escorted back to her home away from home, Jail.

LXH asked the judge, if he needed to petion the courts to move out of the country to New Zealand, the judge told him that once the paperwork is recorded with the courts, that LXH can go anywhere in the world with SGD10. All the paperwork was recorded that day, LXH and SGD10 were free, LXH parents live in NZ.

LXH and SGD10 had planned on moving to NZ in March, but COVID19 hit and are still here, they plan on leaving at the end of summer. LXH work is transferring him and helping with the moving costs. We will miss them both, but DAH & I think this is the best thing for SGD10, absolutely no chance of SGD10 running into Leech in the future. It's a plus for us too, it gives us the opportunity to travel to NZ again.

Leech was released from jail in Mid-January and hooked up with one of her old f*ch buddies, somehow she was able to transfer her probation to Southern California, so she is over 500 miles away from us. DAH is handling all this very well, no back sliding, or sad feelings. DAH seems to be less stressed and more carefree and relaxed now. I am sure Leech will be back, once she's done with this f*ck buddy or he gets tried of her crap.

GOOD NEWS: During all this craziness, my DS43 (wow, where did the time go) took his first steps without the aid of a walker or crutches. It has been over 8 years, since he was hit by a drunk driver and has had many surgeries and many hours of PT.
