So the Harpee gave papers for a new motion to FDH's lawyer...... for Bifrication (to separate the "marital status" from the custody stuff)... Because she won't negotiate or be at all reasonable and he refuses to deal with her BS.........and of course she filed it on the 12th and waited till the last possible second to tell anyone about it.

So she filed a motion and served his lawyer herself. The hearing date is set for two weeks before the custody review. Fdh's lawyer asks if they can set the Bifrication hearing for the same day. The Harpee says

"NO! THIS IS AN EMERGENCY!"

So she is asked what this huge emergency is.... "This is taking too long and I just need to move on with my life"

:jawdrop: are you F*&^%$# kidding me? This would have been done MONTHS ago had you not pulled your false accusation bullcrap!

Anywhoo the lawyer explained that:

A. Divorce often take time, more when you do stupid shit like make false child abuse accusations..."wanting to move on with your life" is NOT an emergency in the courts opinion when you already have a hearing set for 2 weeks after the "emergency" bifrication hearing.

B. Just because FDH has an attourney DOES NOT mean that she can ignore the rules and suddenly serve her own paperwork. SO that motion you just ranted about? Yeah, thrown out because you didn't follow procedure.

C. By the way Harpee- My office still has not recieved your financials that you were court ordered to provide in APRIL. You have been reminded about that about 12 times now. Guess what? We are proceeding with formal discovery!

The lawyer then told FDH that this will work in his favor because based on what she said in the papers and how she acted she is showing how unstable she is.

SO who wants to take bets on what this "Emergency" is? I'm thinking she is either knocked up by her new man, is stupid enough to think that if they are "Divorced" she won't have to provide the financials or that her parents are going to buy her a house and they want her to be divorced before they do so FDH can't claim anything on it. bets? Anyone?

(oh, and for the record, FDH and the Harpee were split LONG before he and I met- this has just dragged on forever)
