My prayers go out to all of you dealing with step drama during this holiday. Once again, although they were invited, neither of my stepsons or OSS wife/ kids will be coming. I always feel relieved when they are not at family gatherings.

Happy Easter. My holiday is uncomfortable from The time we pick them up today until we drop them off. Not just because of them but also because SO is uncomfortable around them too.

I have somehow been able to skirt out of any responsibiltieis with SKIDs for some time and it's a rare occurence we have them swing around - part of it is we now live far away, the other part is I make myself scarce when they are around. I am a huge promoter of DH going to them - it's working out so far.
