It was a few years ago when a bm wrote in about her dds sm beating the crap out of the dd. She wrote that the sm apparently had enough of this dd. Evidently this dd was a nightmare SK. This girl wound up spending a long time in the hospital with severe injuries and her sm went to jail. The bm was pi$$ed at both her dd and the sm. Then there was another sm who wrote in that she was leaving her dh and on the way out told her sd that she was partly why her mom killed herself, or something like that.

I remember a "damienesque" YOUNG skid (younger than 12) who purposely punched SM in the lower abdomen when she was pregnant and said things like "i hope your baby dies."

There was actually one a long, long time ago about an SD jumping on an SM's stomach while she was pregnant causing her to lose the baby. She only posted that one thing and everyone tried to direct her to a therapist instead since Steptalk is not equipped to handle that sort of stuff.

Any of the miscarriage stuff and the steps/BM were happy about it really. Thinking about those hit me hard since I'm pregnant right now and can't imagine the kind of grief they go through. I'm friends with someone on Steptalk who hasn't posted her story publicly (at least I don't think so) but BM physically assaulted her and she lost her baby from the stress of the aftermath of police interrogations and stuff. I was crying when she told me her story.

Any of the stuff about molestation--stepsons/daughters who preyed or got caught attempting to molest their half siblings/stepsiblings bugs the hell out of me, which is why no matter how young, separate gender rooms (and even for same gender) if I ever have more than one kid in the house at a time.
