Dear Valued Users,
It's with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of StepTalk.org on August 31st, 2025.
This decision wasn't an easy one. For over twenty years, StepTalk has been a source of support for stepparents around the world! However, over the years, the costs associated with maintaining and upgrading the site to remain secure, meet current standards and maintain availability have become unsustainable.
We are incredibly grateful for your support, contributions and the community you've helped us build. Your engagement has made StepTalk.org a special place and we cherish the memories and connections made here.
We would especially like to thank Aniki for volunteering to be a moderator and for caring so much.
Thank you for being a part of our journey and we wish you all the best.
Sincerely,
Dawn and The StepTalk Team

He is creepy and an idiot.
He is creepy and an idiot.
What you need to do is not be around and ignore HIM completely.
If you really want to be fun, later when no one else is around make a comment about how he seems to be getting along well with the teenage girls. Ask him if he always wanted to be female. kidding.
A couple of years ago, SO would hang out with SD and her cousin and watch really inappropriate movies like "get em to the greek" with them. I made a comment that he should not be watching those sort of movies in mixed company when that company is young girls. He didn't do it again.
Another option, when SD has her friends over, make sure yours are over too. I have done this a few times and people comment on how weird SD acts with her dad.
Grab the bottle....sit there
