She signed....

SD's mother signed the papers yesterday giving us full physical custody. She moves away today.

I've been dealing with her for 10 years. She's been hard. DH and I are both a little in shock.

She will be paying us cs, she pays half of all medical and half of college and she pays for all of SD's visitation travel, all of it.

Like I said, we are a little in shock.

The BM will probably be just as bad if not worse now than she ever has been before. Just because she might be out of sight doesn't mean out of mind. I know all too well of a BB very similar to the one you described in your original post. If your husband lets her get away with running your house, get ready for a bumpy ride.

I do hope all works out well for you and your family. You seem to very happy with having custody of your SD and I truly hope all goes the way you expect/want it to!
